February 18, 2008 - Monday

We just got home from Baptist outpatient around 3:30pm. John cannot be left alone for 24hrs in case the site where they took the biopsy starts bleeding. They went into his side and took it from a couple spots on the liver because in order to get a biopsy from the pancreas they would have had to open him up because it is located behind the stomach and close to the spine. At least that's what they are telling me. He is doing well right now. Thanks be to God!

Nila, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you through this time. I would give almost anything if God had allowed me to find the true partner, friend and soulmate you found with John.

Love ya,
Ruby

Nila and John,
The love your family has is beautiful and strong. Your faith and the support of your friends can only add to your strength. You are an inspirational couple and for this I am blessed to know you. John, I have not met you yet but from the happiness Nila expresses you must be wonderful. I wish you did not have to experience this hardship. You are in my prayers.
